Have you ever known that some pure water cannot be used for purification?
This is the second classification of water, that is, pure but not tahur (non-purifying) water. It includes two types:
1- Water mixed with something pure that changed one of its basic properties (color, taste, or odor) as when you add lemon, musk, milk, or honey to water.
This is pure but non-purifying water, so it is impressible to use it for ablution or ghusl.
2- Water used in purification, that is, the water falling off your body during ablution or ghusl.
Jurists disagreed upon such type of water, but the preponderant opinion is that it is permissible to use it if it is the only source of water found.

هل كنت تعلم أن هناك ماء طاهر لا يمكن استخدامه فى الطهارة؟
هو النوع الثانى من المياه وهو يسمى ماء طاهر غير طهور وهو على شكلين :
1-الماء الذى اختلط به شئ طاهر غير من أحد صفات الماء الأساسية وهي اللون والطعم والرائحة مثل أن تضع فى الماء ليمون أو مسك أو لبن أو عسل .
الماء ده طاهر ولكن غير مطهر لغيره فلا يجوز استخدامه فى الوضوء أو الغسل.
2-الماء المستعمل فى الطهارة يعنى النازل من الأعضاء فى الوضوء أو الغسل.
وهذا اختلف العلماء فيه لكن الأرجح استخدامه لو لم يوجد غيره.
