Who do you deal with?
1- You deal with Allah (SWT) as clarified in the hadeeth (tradition) reported by Aby-abderrahman Abdullah Ebn Omar Ebn El-khattab radiallahu anhoma (may Allah be pleased with both of them (RA)) who said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: “Islam is founded on five pillars: testifying that none is worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger (saying “ash-hadu an la elaha ellallah wa anna muhamadan rasulullah”), offering prayers, paying alms, performing pilgrimage, and fasting the month of Ramadan.”” (Related by El-bukhary and Muslem).
Simply, this is Tawheed (monotheism). One of the sciences related to it is Theology. The rest of the tradition above deals with how to worship Allah by offering prayers, paying obligatory alms, fasting, and performing pilgrimage according to your neyyah (intention).
This is called feqh el-ebadat (the jurisprudence of the acts of worship).
2- You deal with people through sale, purchase, marriage, etc., which is called the jurisprudence of transactions.
In both cases, you watch yourself and fear Allah.

انت بتتعامل مع مين فى الحياة ؟
1- تتعامل مع الله سبحانه وتعالى وهو موضح فى حديث أبي عبد الرحمن عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنهما قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : ( بني الإسلام على خمس : شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله ، وأن محمدا رسول الله ، وإقام الصلاة ، وإيتاء الزكاة ، وحج البيت ، وصوم رمضان ) رواه البخاري ومسلم .
وهو ببساطة التوحيد وهو علم كبير اسمه علم التوحيد ومنه علم الكلام
وباقى الحديث بيتكام عن كيفية عبادة الله بينك وبينه من صلاة وصوم وزكاة وحج
وده اسمه (فقه العبادات)
2-تتعامل مع الناس من بيع وشراء وزواج وشراء وغيره وده اسمه (فقه المعاملات)
وفى الاثنين انت بتراقب نفسك وتتقى الله فيه
