Questions about purity
"What is the ruling of wearing clean regular clothes (other than underwear) like trousers and shirts over the underwear after being purified from ganabah, noting that there was semen on such underwear because of ganabah? Would you please tell me what to do, because frankly I wash all my clothes after ganabah? Please help me, may Allah benefit you with His knowledge and may Allah reward you amply for your help."
Note: Ganabah is the state of a person after (1) having sexual intercourse, (2) foreplay, (3) a wet dream, (4) thinking of shahwa, or (5) masturbation, always because of sexual discharge. As a kind of major impurity, it necessitates ghusl.
Answer:
All praise be to Allah. Peace and prayers of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, companions and whoever followed him.
First of all, you should know that semen is pure according to the opinion we commonly resort to. It is permissible to put on outer garments over the underwear contaminated with impurity. It is not sinful for one to do so. However, if he or she should pray, then they must purify the impure spot or take off the impure garments. If the impurity is dry, it does not reach dry outer garments. You can remove impurity by scratching the sperm off. This is according to the tradition of Lady Aisha, who said, "I used to scratch the sperm off the Messenger (PBUH)’s clothes if it was dry," so he would pray in them. When one is doubtful about the purity reaching the outer garments, they are not considered impure, because originally, all things are pure.
If you are the kind of people who is always doubtful about purity issues, then it is better for you not to do things that may increase your doubts even more.

ما حكم ارتداء الملابس العادية (غير الملابس الداخلية) مثل البنطلون، والقمصان فوق الملابس الداخلية ) مع العلم أنه لم يصبها المني أو النجاسة. إنما ألبسها فوق الملابس الداخلية التي أصابها المني وقت الجنابة، مرة أخرى بعد الطهارة من الجنابة. أفتوني جزاكم الله خيرا، أنا بصراحة بعد الجنابة أغسل كل ملابسي. أغيثوني نفعكم الله من علمه، وجزاكم الله خيراً، وأجرا عظيما.

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، أما بعد:
فاعلم أولا أن المني طاهر في القول المفتى به عندنا وليس نجسا، ويجوز لبس الملابس الخارجية على الملابس الداخلية التي أصابتها نجاسة، ولا يأثم الإنسان بذلك، إلا أنه إذا أراد الصلاة لزمه تطهير النجاسة، أو خلع الثياب المتنجسة، وإذا كانت تلك النجاسة جافة فإنها لا تنتقل إلى الملابس الخارجية الجافة.ويمكن التطهر منها بالفرك ذلك لحديث عائشة "كنت أفرك المني من ثوب رسول اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فيصلي فيه" كما أنه عند الشك في انتقال النجاسة لا يحكم بانتقالها؛ لأن الأصل الطهارة.
وإذا كنت مبتلى بالوسواس في أمور الطهارة، فإن الأفضل لك أن لا تفعل ما يزيدك وسوسة؛
