Lesson (63) /

Lesson (63)
Sunan of ablution
“Sunan” is the plural of “sunnah,” that is, an act done by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in ablution for which one is rewarded if done but not punished if left.
1- Using sewak
Sewak or meswak is a natural tooth cleanser made from the twigs of the Salvadore persica tree.
On the authority of Aby Huraira (RA) that the Prophet (pbuh) said, “Were it not for avoiding inflicting difficulties on my nation, I would have ordered them to use sewak upon the performance of each salat (prayer).” (In a narration by Ahmad “before or after every ablution” and Al-bukhary commented: “before every ablution”)
This tradition was reported by Al-bukhary, Muslem, Ebn Magah, and Attermezy (and may be Annesaey).
