Lesson (45)
We have previously discussed the impurities that come into and out of the human body. Let us now tackle what touches the human’s body, garments, and place.
1- The urine and stools of the animals not permissible to eat such as donkeys and mules are of the impurities, yet a small amount of them is overlooked and pardoned.
2- The urine and stools of the animals permissible to eat are not considered as impure according to the opinion of the majority of scholars. The Hanafi school of feqh, however, deems them as minor impurity.
3- It is forbidden to perform prayers at the ranches of camels, while it is permissible at sheep farms. This is according to the tradition related by Uqba Ebn Amer that the Messenger (PBUH) said, "Pray at sheep farms but not at camel ranches," narrated by Attabarany in Al-kabeer, Al-awsat and by Ahmad.
4- Body wounds are overlooked as Omar prayed while his wound was bleeding.
5- As for butchers, they have to have a special garment to pray in. If it is only a small amount of blood, such as a coin-size (a circle, whose diameter is about 3cm), then it is pardoned.
6- Pus is pardoned if it is only a small amount.
7- Al-wadi and al-madhi are fluids discharged without sexual arousal (handled like urine). The garment should be washed off them.
8- Semen (ejaculated because of sexual arousal): there are different opinions about it. The preponderant opinion, however, is that it should be washed off if it is wet and scratched if dry according to the tradition of Lady Aisha. She said, "I used to scratch the sperm off the Messenger (PBUH)’s clothes if it was dry."

تكلمنا سابقاً عن النجاسات التى تدخل وتخرج جسم الإنسان. نتكلم الآن عن ما يمس جسد الإنسان وما يمس ملابسه ومكانه
1- بول وروث ما لا يؤكل لحمه كالحمار والبغل نجسان إلا أنه يعفى عن اليسير منهما
2- بول وروث ما يؤكل لحمه: عند الجمهور غير نجس وعند الأحناف نجاسة مخففة
3- حرم الصلاة فى أماكن حظائر الإبل وأحل فى أماكن الغنم لحديث
عن عقبة بن عامر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال صلوا في مرابد الغنم و لا تصلوا في أعطان الابل - أو مبارك الابل - رواه الطبراني في الكبير و الأوسط و أحمد.
4- يعفى عن الجروح التى فى الجسد لأن عمر كان يصلى وجرحه يثلب دماً.
5- بالنسبة للجزارين لابد أن يكون لهم لباس مخصوص للصلاة ويعفى عن اليسير من الدم ما مقداره درهم يعنى دائرة قطرها 3 سم تقريباً.
6- يعفى عن الصديد والقيح إن كان يسيراً.
7- الودي والمذي إفرازات تخرج بدون شهوة وتعامل كالبول وتغسل من الثوب.
8- المني ما يخرج بشهوة: فيه اختلاف لكن الأرجح أن ينضح أى يبل أن كان طرياً ويفرك إن كان جافاً لحديث عائشة "كنت أفرك مني رسول الله من ثوبه"
وهكذا تمت بحمد الله النجاسات.
