Obligations of ablution (continued)
3- Washing the hands and arms up to, and inclusive of, the elbows once: you should ensure that no part of the elbows is left dry and rub your hands, arms, and elbows, that is, pass hands over them, so that water penetrates the hair on them, if any, and reaches the skin as done by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

ثالث فرائض الوضوء غسل اليدين إلى المرفقين ويجب غسل المرفق وتدوير الماء عليه أى غسل المرفق من الداخل والخارج مع الدلك حتى يبل شعر اليد وهو فعل الرسول – صلى الله عليه وسلم – بإدخال المرفق في الغسل.
